RETURN POLICY:
All returns of Ddvival products must be approved in advance by our customer support team at support@ddvival.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.
Free Returns: Available within 7 days of delivery, with no return fees assessed.
Standard Returns: Within 30 days of delivery, most items can be returned for a full refund. Items must be in their original state and packaging to be accepted. Return shipping expenses are covered by the customer, but we do not charge a restocking fee.
Non-refundable Outbound Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund outbound shipping charges, including:
- The standard shipping fee for orders under $59 in the United States.
- Upgraded shipping charges for expedited or express shipping.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs and work with you to find the best solution.
Before Installation or Assembly:
- Inspect the box for damage.
- Ensure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
- Remove the packaging and inspect the product.
Rejecting Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, do not accept the delivery. Notify the delivery representative and contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. Once an item is installed, it cannot be returned
REFUND OPTIONS:
What are my refund options?
Refunds will be issued in your original form of payment, whether that is your PayPal account or bank account. Refunds cover the complete price of the item minus return shipping costs (if applicable), as per our “Return Policy.”
Do we offer price match?
We do not offer price match, especially during major holiday sales events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Mid-annual Sale. We also do not offer price match against Amazon or other platforms.
When will I receive my refund?
For credit card refunds, your refund will be processed once we receive notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
